Assistant Merchandiser / Merchandising Clerk (Woven)

Requirements:

• Form 5 or above;
• Min. 2 years’ merchandising experience, technical knowledge in Ladies’ High Fashion or Evening Dress as added value;
• Good spoken and written English and Mandarin;
• Detail-orientated and systematic;
• Energetic, independent, and willing to work under pressure in handling multi tasks and tight deadlines;
• Proficient in MS Office, Chinese typing is essential;
• Occasional Travelling to China is required:
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Merchandising Clerk.

• Form 7 or above with formal secretarial training;
• Minimum 5 years secretarial experience, experience in garment field is preferable;
• Coordinating with Merchandising department in performing sales support duties;
• Excellent spoken and written in English and Mandarin;
• Proficiency in MS Office including Word, Excel and Chinese word processing;
• Good communication and interpersonal skills;
• Initiative, independent and willing to work under pressure in handling multi tasks and managing of tight deadlines;
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Junior Secretary.
